To complete the work, the porphyry grids collecting the rain water add
elegance to the work itself, making it more unifom.
This material is not standard but it adapts itself
to the particular case.
A certain attention must be paid to the
construction of grids on which heavy vehicles are supposed to pass: in
this case the grid thickness must be greater so as to increase the
resistance.
